I have used these garage a couple of times and Joseph with the whole team are super professional, honest, prompt and good value. I felt very welcome and fair treated on each visit and the mechanics are very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Spoke to Joseph, had a fault showing with my DPF Filter on my Urban RRS. He spent a bit of time trying to sort it and did get it done as I had giver up tbh. Anyway. good bloke. Will go back to get tow bar done just for the fact he persevered and charged me a reasonable price.

These guys have always done a fantastic job for us. Regularly bringing works vehicles and personal vehicles. Never once disappointed! Quickest turn around in the industry from my experience. Highly recommend anyone to bring there vehicles to them to sort out. Recently they did our Audi e-Tron.... and despite the car having paint which is extremely hard to get hold of, they came through. At first I didnt mean to call car city but after a short time on the phone, it was the best phone call I've made to any car repair shop as they know what they are talking about, their work efforts are just amazing and I really do commend them for being so stress free as I didnt worry at all and could see within 5 minutes of being there that these are good and honest people and they definitely know what they're doing compared to a lot of other garages who tell you something on the phone but really have no idea what they're on about I highly recommend car city and will definitely use them again. Was getting quotes for a clutch replacement on my lil old Astra and this place had the lowest price in the area and good reviews . Was a nervous as I was using them for the first time, but at the end of the day was really happy with the service. Overall the whole experience was friendly and hassle free - would definitely use them again.

My van was broken into and needed bodywork completed quickly to make it secure again. Car City Care fit me in the next day and carried out the work quickly, leaving the panel looking as new. I then went back for a service and MOT. I had to change one appointment and they still accommodated my schedule and had the van ready for me in 24hrs. I couldn’t recommend this company enough, you’re in great hands.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I only trust these guys to work on my cars as they have never let me down and they are very honest, down to earth people. Give them a try and you will not regret it.
