Tow bar fitted on my xc90 Volvo Adrian was very friendly and helpful when he fitted the bar. Small problem after fitting the tow bar as it interfered with the boot sensor but Joseph and Adrian were extremely professional and helpful and allowed me to take my car back so they can repair that problem which they did! Excellent professionalism, Communication and customer service! Highly recommend them and very happy I went to them!

Spoke to Joseph, had a fault showing with my DPF Filter on my Urban RRS. He spent a bit of time trying to sort it and did get it done as I had giver up tbh. Anyway. good bloke. Will go back to get tow bar done just for the fact he persevered and charged me a reasonable price.

I was looking for a new garage and I hit bullseye. Easy to miss on first arrival but amazing work for a great price. I had some difficult time constraints and they managed to go above and beyond. Already planning some extra work with them.

Was apprehensive at first as, was looking for a mechanic to fix the car. I had a clutch issue that we spoke about. Was very helpful, knowledgeable (as we spoke about other car parts) professional and friendly. If you need help or looking for a mechanic, would definitely recommend they guys. Will use as my main mechanic now!

My van was broken into and needed bodywork completed quickly to make it secure again. Car City Care fit me in the next day and carried out the work quickly, leaving the panel looking as new. I then went back for a service and MOT. I had to change one appointment and they still accommodated my schedule and had the van ready for me in 24hrs. I couldn’t recommend this company enough, you’re in great hands.

I phoned Car City Care team in the morning of Dec 28th, after quick chat with the owner the car was arranged for appointment in the garage just after lunch and had it repaired before 17.00pm. (Master cylinder on VW passat) The timing, quality and professionalism of the mechanics was great. Cost wise, i believe they are one of the top as well. Thank you Car City Care.

I had a car crash and my car was in pretty bad condition as shown by pictures 1A and 1B. The car looks exactly the same as it did before the crash as shown by pictures 2A and 2B. Great customer service. No faffing about the guys there diagnosed my oil leak and replaced the seal that was causing it. All together they’ve got a great team there and would highly recommend them.

Amazing find. Quote for towbar very competitive, they dealt with all the difficulties of having a unique shaped bumper (and I am a very picky customer)!! Fitted towbar and resprayed new bumper trim within 2 days. Fully recommended!!

At first I didnt mean to call car city but after a short time on the phone, it was the best phone call I've made to any car repair shop as they know what they are talking about, their work efforts are just amazing and I really do commend them for being so stress free as I didnt worry at all and could see within 5 minutes of being there that these are good and honest people and they definitely know what they're doing compared to a lot of other garages who tell you something on the phone but really have no idea what they're on about I highly recommend car city and will definitely use them again. Land rover wanted to charge me £3000 to fix my DPF, these guys did it for a fraction if that,so far 3 weeks later all good and car working fine. Aswell as being really nice friendly guys they sorted out my car and fully recommend

Was getting quotes for a clutch replacement on my lil old Astra and this place had the lowest price in the area and good reviews . Was a nervous as I was using them for the first time, but at the end of the day was really happy with the service. Overall the whole experience was friendly and hassle free - would definitely use them again.

Excellent, fast service and unbeatable price. I called needing an urgent clutch replacement, and they were super helpful, honest and had my car ready the next day for a price cheaper than anywhere else quoted me. The owner even stuck around to let me pick it up a bit later than closing time time with no hassle at all. I would highly recommend these guys.

I found this place on google search and decided to contact them after being quoted a ridiculous amount to have the clutch on my car replaced. The owner was very helpful and arranged for my vehicle to be towed from the previous mechanics to their garage. As well as the clutch replacement, I was due MOT & my windscreen wipers needed repairing. All the work was completed in just 1 day and my total cost was still less than half the amount I was quoted elsewhere. Very professional and great value for your money. Will definitely be coming here for any future work needed!
