Joseph and his team are a pleasure to deal with, courteous and professional. My vehicle had a scratched front bumper , paint issue with the wing mirrors and spots of dried cement on the bonnet and roof. The car now looks like brand new. Great job.

At first I didnt mean to call car city but after a short time on the phone, it was the best phone call I've made to any car repair shop as they know what they are talking about, their work efforts are just amazing and I really do commend them for being so stress free as I didnt worry at all and could see within 5 minutes of being there that these are good and honest people and they definitely know what they're doing compared to a lot of other garages who tell you something on the phone but really have no idea what they're on about I highly recommend car city and will definitely use them again. These guys have always done a fantastic job for us. Regularly bringing works vehicles and personal vehicles. Never once disappointed! Quickest turn around in the industry from my experience. Highly recommend anyone to bring there vehicles to them to sort out. Recently they did our Audi e-Tron.... and despite the car having paint which is extremely hard to get hold of, they came through. I phoned Car City Care team in the morning of Dec 28th, after quick chat with the owner the car was arranged for appointment in the garage just after lunch and had it repaired before 17.00pm. (Master cylinder on VW passat) The timing, quality and professionalism of the mechanics was great. Cost wise, i believe they are one of the top as well. Thank you Car City Care.

Spoke to Joseph, had a fault showing with my DPF Filter on my Urban RRS. He spent a bit of time trying to sort it and did get it done as I had giver up tbh. Anyway. good bloke. Will go back to get tow bar done just for the fact he persevered and charged me a reasonable price.
