Very professional guy and always willing to provide the best service. He installed a tow-bar for me and he did it perfectly and at a much better price than what Volvo offered.

These guys have always done a fantastic job for us. Regularly bringing works vehicles and personal vehicles. Never once disappointed! Quickest turn around in the industry from my experience. Highly recommend anyone to bring there vehicles to them to sort out. Recently they did our Audi e-Tron.... and despite the car having paint which is extremely hard to get hold of, they came through. Tow bar fitted on my xc90 Volvo Adrian was very friendly and helpful when he fitted the bar. Small problem after fitting the tow bar as it interfered with the boot sensor but Joseph and Adrian were extremely professional and helpful and allowed me to take my car back so they can repair that problem which they did! Excellent professionalism, Communication and customer service! Highly recommend them and very happy I went to them!

My van was broken into and needed bodywork completed quickly to make it secure again. Car City Care fit me in the next day and carried out the work quickly, leaving the panel looking as new. I then went back for a service and MOT. I had to change one appointment and they still accommodated my schedule and had the van ready for me in 24hrs. I couldn’t recommend this company enough, you’re in great hands.

I have used these garage a couple of times and Joseph with the whole team are super professional, honest, prompt and good value. I felt very welcome and fair treated on each visit and the mechanics are very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
