At first I didnt mean to call car city but after a short time on the phone, it was the best phone call I've made to any car repair shop as they know what they are talking about, their work efforts are just amazing and I really do commend them for being so stress free as I didnt worry at all and could see within 5 minutes of being there that these are good and honest people and they definitely know what they're doing compared to a lot of other garages who tell you something on the phone but really have no idea what they're on about I highly recommend car city and will definitely use them again. Was apprehensive at first as, was looking for a mechanic to fix the car. I had a clutch issue that we spoke about. Was very helpful, knowledgeable (as we spoke about other car parts) professional and friendly. If you need help or looking for a mechanic, would definitely recommend they guys. Will use as my main mechanic now!

I needed a new clutch and Car City Care were absolutely fantastic. Joseph was so friendly and polite and the job was completed when he said it would be. There were no hidden costs and the job has a 1 year guarantee. He even fixed a panel on my car that was loose for free. I would definitely use the company again and recommend it to anyone.

I found this place on google search and decided to contact them after being quoted a ridiculous amount to have the clutch on my car replaced. The owner was very helpful and arranged for my vehicle to be towed from the previous mechanics to their garage. As well as the clutch replacement, I was due MOT & my windscreen wipers needed repairing. All the work was completed in just 1 day and my total cost was still less than half the amount I was quoted elsewhere. Very professional and great value for your money. Will definitely be coming here for any future work needed!

Spoke to Joseph, had a fault showing with my DPF Filter on my Urban RRS. He spent a bit of time trying to sort it and did get it done as I had giver up tbh. Anyway. good bloke. Will go back to get tow bar done just for the fact he persevered and charged me a reasonable price.

Was getting quotes for a clutch replacement on my lil old Astra and this place had the lowest price in the area and good reviews . Was a nervous as I was using them for the first time, but at the end of the day was really happy with the service. Overall the whole experience was friendly and hassle free - would definitely use them again.

My van was broken into and needed bodywork completed quickly to make it secure again. Car City Care fit me in the next day and carried out the work quickly, leaving the panel looking as new. I then went back for a service and MOT. I had to change one appointment and they still accommodated my schedule and had the van ready for me in 24hrs. I couldn’t recommend this company enough, you’re in great hands.

Second time I’ve used this centre for DPF cleaning in my car. I was drive to other side of the London but is worth to go an extra miles, if you are looking for profesional service. This guys are very friendly and will help you with all your car issues. Highly recommend!

I phoned Car City Care team in the morning of Dec 28th, after quick chat with the owner the car was arranged for appointment in the garage just after lunch and had it repaired before 17.00pm. (Master cylinder on VW passat) The timing, quality and professionalism of the mechanics was great. Cost wise, i believe they are one of the top as well. Thank you Car City Care.

I had a car crash and my car was in pretty bad condition as shown by pictures 1A and 1B. The car looks exactly the same as it did before the crash as shown by pictures 2A and 2B. I am extremely impressed by the high quality work by them. Their staff is very polite and competent. I highly recommend Car City Care Ltd to anyone who needs to have bodywork done on their vehicle.

Land rover wanted to charge me £3000 to fix my DPF, these guys did it for a fraction if that,so far 3 weeks later all good and car working fine. Aswell as being really nice friendly guys they sorted out my car and fully recommend

Great customer service. No faffing about the guys there diagnosed my oil leak and replaced the seal that was causing it. All together they’ve got a great team there and would highly recommend them.

These guys have always done a fantastic job for us. Regularly bringing works vehicles and personal vehicles. Never once disappointed! Quickest turn around in the industry from my experience. Highly recommend anyone to bring there vehicles to them to sort out. Recently they did our Audi e-Tron.... and despite the car having paint which is extremely hard to get hold of, they came through. Amazing find. Quote for towbar very competitive, they dealt with all the difficulties of having a unique shaped bumper (and I am a very picky customer)!! Fitted towbar and resprayed new bumper trim within 2 days. Fully recommended!!

Very professional guy and always willing to provide the best service. He installed a tow-bar for me and he did it perfectly and at a much better price than what Volvo offered.

Joseph and his team are a pleasure to deal with, courteous and professional. My vehicle had a scratched front bumper , paint issue with the wing mirrors and spots of dried cement on the bonnet and roof. The car now looks like brand new. Great job.

Tow bar fitted on my xc90 Volvo Adrian was very friendly and helpful when he fitted the bar. Small problem after fitting the tow bar as it interfered with the boot sensor but Joseph and Adrian were extremely professional and helpful and allowed me to take my car back so they can repair that problem which they did! Excellent professionalism, Communication and customer service! Highly recommend them and very happy I went to them!

Excellent, fast service and unbeatable price. I called needing an urgent clutch replacement, and they were super helpful, honest and had my car ready the next day for a price cheaper than anywhere else quoted me. The owner even stuck around to let me pick it up a bit later than closing time time with no hassle at all. I would highly recommend these guys.

Great service, very friendly and considerable. They go beyond required and give advice on how to keep your vehicle running safely. Not like any other motor places, really take good care of you. They don't just want to take your money.

I was looking for a new garage and I hit bullseye. Easy to miss on first arrival but amazing work for a great price. I had some difficult time constraints and they managed to go above and beyond. Already planning some extra work with them.
